2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee sunroof drain failed. Don't use the sunroof anyway, so bought this to seal it on top instead of tearing into the headliner and "A" pillar to snake a new drain tube out the bottom. There are good videos on internet re how to do that. This tape is really sticky on the glue side and we'll see how long it lasts. Previously used plastic electrical tape or wider plastic decorative tape. This seems better because the old tape had to be redone each year due to sunlight damage. Also disabled sunroof motor so it will not try to open if someone hits the switch. Don't go to the carwash, so do not know how well the butyl tape would do with the big brushes scrubbing the roof.

I used this tape to seal around an exterior vent on my travel trailer.The product sealed the gaps completely and cleanly.

Some place are smaller than spec and some places are bigger than spec when unrolling it out, packing was absolutely terrible and when received it was deformed

It sealed all the roof seams on my 20' gooseneck horse trailer on the first application. It peals off the wax paper it's packed in easily and sticks immediately to the first thing it touches.

READ THIS REVIEW!This tape came delivered completely melted and unusable! 2 rolls in the same box (like many pictures shared by others) and melted together, I was not able to separate them, and wasn’t able to roll any from the melted glob! I would have gotten more for my money if I had just handed $27.00 to a stranger on the corner of a street. Unfortunately, I bought this as I was collecting materials to replace a Rv roof and when I was starting the job which was past the return date is when I discovered the messy useless tape. What’s more interesting, I had bought 4 others rolls of another brand, they were delivered on the same date, the 1/2†rolls where fine, not melted and as you would expect. The only conclusion, this brand was shipped in this condition from the seller. Early October (not hot).I guess I’m grateful for discovering this before I installed this brand, because of all the products you use to waterproof your Rv, this is the most critical. If it melted sitting in a warehouse; not sitting in direct sun, what would happen to it on the roof of an Rv in the Texas sun??!! It would fail and weep creating gaps for water.So, buyers beware, this product is not stable and melts. Not what you want for water proofing!

Worked as I'd hoped, little tip , if it's warm out ( 98 here today ) put it in freezer for 10 minutes makes it easier to work with

May be good for someone who uses it all the time. It seems to be affected by heat & wants to blend in to adjacent rows in the storage box. That’s how I received it & it took some time to clear up. Does the job tho.

This arrived squashed and malformed within its package.. would not roll/peel off straight to be usedcorrectly.We tried part of the roll but in order for this product to fulfill its use,it is imperative that it come off of the roll correctlyVery disappointed
