Sticks well. Maybe a little thinner than brand name deck tapes, but a lot cheaper. Had no problem installing, the backing peels aways fine. Good product

The Butyl Sealant tape is great. I was making a deck and needed a few belt and suspenders items to ensure the deck holds to the test of time. One approach that I took was to tape up the tops of my deck joists and blocking. This product was immensely helpful in that and the value per dollar was great.

This tape worked great for joists on my deck. I will say the stretch is nice so that you don't have to buy another roll for just a little stretch of wood. However, if you aren't putting something on top of it promptly, the tape will pull back if it's been stretched leaving a gap in coverage. Overall it was the best tape I've used.

You get a lot. I did an 8x5 balcony and have 3-4 rolls left over. Good tack, but you have to be careful stepping on it because any twist slides it

The backing on these is superior to others I have used. It does not rip and tear like some of the paper backed tapes.

I build a lot of decks, I use this for joist tape and it is beyond sticky.. so much so it can be frustrating but it’s still better than having the joist tape fall off because you’re working with freshly treated (wet) lumber. It’s affordable and it works, definitely would buy again.
