they work fine and have lot off pull to them, use the screws to fasten them as the sticky stuff does not work as well

My spice rack was acting up and opening on it's own. Not sure if something was not level. Everything seemed fine so I saw a video suggesting using these two sided magnets. Worked like a charm. No more random open spice rack anymore. The only comment I have is the adhesive. I had to replace it twice while installing because they were not sticking to the surface. The other magnet kept on getting stuck to the other magnet and leaving just the adhesive (bc they're so strong to I guess- which is a good thing). Anyway I ended up installing two sets. One on each side of the spice rack door so now when you close it it stays shut. You don't really see them either which is a plus and it has a slight pull when you go to shut the rack which I like. Overall it's a very good product.

The magnets seems strong when the two pieces touch each other, however, most doors have a small gap in between, this means once the two plates are installed face to face, there is a small gap (about the thickness of one of this plate) between them; this small gap renders the magnet powerless to keep the other metal plate in place. In short, it won't hold the door closed.

We have metal hinges with plastic parts. The plastic parts kept the cupboard doors shut for many years, but now they are getting brittle and breaking, hence cupboard doors would not stay shut. We put one of these on each of the broken doors and now they shut and stay shut. We used the screws to mount them and they look like they belong there. We fixed all the ones that were broken and just ordered another package to go ahead and put on the rest of the doors -- as we know they will break eventually. So happy as we thought we were going to have to replace the hinges. This was much easier and actually less expensive. This is a great product.

The cabinet door magnets are easy to install and keep the cabinets shut. Our kitties are now unable to open the linen cabinets to play in them. The magnets are strong enough to do the job of keeping the cabinets closed.

Pretty easy to install, would be even easier if you have an electric drill. Unfortunately I don’t, but I got an arm workout out of it. Installed them on kitchen cabinets and they work well, though sometimes the cabinet door needs an extra light push to close all the way. I’m very satisfied regardless.

When i added the screws to the plates the magnets lost 95% of there hold. Had to remove the screws and use more adheasive for them to work! Otherwise they were great
