First time trying this brand for a small appliance, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's been great so far. It is lightweight. Toasts fast. Has the right number of settings. A very nice and simple design with a great combination of color, White/Rose Gold.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Not only does it work well it's so attractive on my kitchen counter. I did some research and with all the positive reviews I chose this model. I have to say I am extremely pleased! Definitely good quality, toast well and I like all the various settings. The wide, long slots are great for bagels and other bakery breads. The express finish is a great function when you are in a hurry. It also has a reheat and frozen selection which is an added bonus. It cost a bit more but it's entirely worth it.

This is such a pretty little toaster. It’s all black with the copper bottom and legs. Looks wonderful sitting on my counter and it has a very nice toasting, defrosting and bagel option. It has the ability for quick toast option also. Love it

If you're looking to have a toaster to match with the rest of your kitchen appliances (like me) than this is the one, it looks good, the white and gold match super nicely but the functionality of it is "okay". It does work, and you do get some pretty good toasted bread or english muffins etc but the side buttons, like the frozen or the temperature setting aren't that great. They work, but not great.

This toaster is beautiful and matches the sister coffee pot both Cafe products . Quality construction, the two tone colors are so classy . It toasts well and I love the different settings on it. You'll love this product .

I thought this item looked cute, and that's why I bought it. Well, I have had nothing, but issues with it. I bought it just 3.5 months ago and now it won't even work. Every time I push it down- it just pops back up. I have tried different outlets and it's just garbage. I messaged Cafe directly to get some help and they responded with: Our team is able to assist with basic troubleshooting, product information, and normal operation of an appliance.Your unit is considered a return to vender unit as there are no parts or service available to fix the unit. And my product from Amazon expired on 08/25 (three weeks ago). The item is junk. Save your money and put it into something that works.

Has nice features but seems to be screwing up after only 1 month, have to fiddle with the brown-ness dial in order to get it to go down and stay down. For the money I expected more reliability

Bought this toaster to match our GE Cafe induction stove. Big mistake. The description says "stainless steel"; what it doesn't say is that the copper is painted plastic. Not only is it plastic, the central dial is flimsy. Nothing like the GE product we purchased or even like the Breville toaster we were going to replace. I've been a frequent Amazon customer for years, and this is my first return.
