I got the ivory color which is a lovely soft color. I simply snapped them into the existing brackets from my previous, much more expensive shades. Voila, up in minutes. They would be easy to mount with the enclosed brackets. You will need a drill/screwdriver to install the brackets . The lift mechanism works smoothly. They are not really light blocking but do provide privacy and they cut out most of the light. This exactly what I needed. The fabric is good quality. Overall I am very pleased.

Needed these for privacy as well as to help with drafts on a leaky window. Does the job for both very well and at a reasonable price. Perfect fit for inner mount, but had to try two sizes, so definitely make sure you pay attention to how much clearance you need to size down for an inner mount application. Fabric is just ok — didn’t expect linen or high end fabric, but looks fine and does the trick - but took off a star just because it’s not 5 star fabric. Installation was a snap but you do need a drill for pilot holes and a screwdriver for the brackets. Overall very pleased.

Easy to install. These were the best value for money Roman Shades I could find on Amazon. They look great and easy to operate.

I purchased this shade in white for the bathroom in a historic home. The window was 27.6 wide (inside mount) , so I went with a 26.5 shade and worried that too much light would come in around the sides. With historic houses the window is not going to be the same width all the way down and I was afraid the 27.5 size would be too wide.Installation wasn't the easiest but not bad and worth the extra few minutes. The shade allows the perfect amount of light in but privacy for a bath where a large window is directly across from the tub/shower and right at the second story front of the house. The fabric is very crisp not thin and looks sharp. The shade raises/lowers easily and the hardware mounting and raising material is good for a bath. It covers 1/2 the wood of the window and nobody has made any comment about it looking too small in the window. such an improvement over the last roman shade with its cord.I think it looks fabulous, and am now buying to install in bedroom. I am going to try the 27.5 size and see how it works. My only improvement request would be for them to have more sizes- like 27 which would be better for historic homes.

Do not hesitate! Easy install, easy yo use. Absolutely great quality! So impressive for the price! Just bought two more to finish up the bedroom.
