I recently purchased this wireless solar security camera system, and I find they are really good. One of its most impressive features is the integrated solar panel, which ensures that the wireless camera remains operational and continuously powered without the hassle of frequent battery changes.The 4MP camera captures very clear video and is able to detect nearby human movement extremely well. It also has full-color night vision even at night. And it can hear audio and talk to visitors. I can control the camera to pan and tilt through the app to see more of the surveillance area.Installation and setup are child's play and can be handled even by people who are less tech-savvy.Overall, very pleased how these cameras function. I would definitely recommend!

The CAMCAMP SC23 security camera system is a standout choice for anyone looking for a high-performance surveillance solution. The setup was fast and easy, and the wireless connection has been consistently reliable. The video quality is consistently sharp and detailed both day and night, providing reliable visual evidence when needed. The LEDs is super bright and effective at making people aware that the camera is there, watching them, and warning them. Additionally, I like that the NVR comes pre-installed with a 500GB hard drive, all recorded video can be stored locally at no extra cost. Perfect exactly what we needed!

CAMCAMP Security Cameras Outdoor Wireless, Solar-Powered, No Subscription, Solar Security System.This is a very good system but it has so many bells and whistles it takes a while to properly set it up. It also appears that you get a “not found†if you go looking for an update from the administrator’s console but if you wait a few days with the system on and active, an update will magically download.The quality of images is great. The daylight and night IR viewing is limited to 10 minutes unless you are actively “working†in a screen. You have to keep bringing the system active. The solar charging has been working during foggy mornings and grey days in the Pacific Northwest. The I-Phone app works almost like the base station app so switching between the two is easy.An irritating feature (on both apps) is bringing the app active and you get screens/screen spaces for ten cameras. My system has six. I set the screens to six and view or configure or whatever. The next time I activate the app, it has screens/screen spaces for ten cameras. Why can’t I select a FIXED number of screens that fits my system? On my I-Phone, if I bring the system to active by touching the triangle in the center of the ten screen area, I get a space with a NINE screen area and the first six are my active cameras.When I select playback for an alert on my I-Phone I get a screen that defaults to CLOUD. I only use the local hard-drive that comes built into the base system. Now, on my I-Phone, I can select SD, yes SD and not local or hard disk (HD?).To get my I-Phone to announce alerts immediately I have to have the base station siren on. This is a problem when we are home. My wife will tell you it is. I am trying it tonight with the siren volume down to nothing.These are the little irritants (and there are others I have not mentioned) that a good handbook could eliminate you learning “the hard wayâ€. Still, I like it much better than my old system, it is much more sensitive, has a much better image from the camera and the solar charging is working very well right now.DEC 7, 2024:I have the base unit siren turned on and volume down to nothing and I get alerts on my I-Phone!! I also have alerts set for humans only, not objects. The system still records all alerts of any kind but only sends my phone an alert during alert hours. Oh well.

I've been using it for a while now. It's a complete wifi security system, which is great. A small central controller comes with a 500gb hard drive that stores videos via the LAN. It doesn't require a monthly subscription fee, doesn't require a network server to transfer, and connects to the phone much faster. The camera is high-definition, much better than my previous one, and the solar power supply is very convenient. The power is sufficient, and it is always above 4 grids. Five-star recommendation!

Everything you need to set it up is included. Love that is cordless and powered by solar. It is challenging to set up the cloud space though.

Honestly everything you need! It even includes a hard drive!Easy to setup and no wires to mess with other than the solar panel connection which is easy enough.For the price it's a decent deal for a full camera system with no monthly fees! The full control of the cameras is great! No dead zones since you can pan 360!The storage was easy to setup. Hard drive was pre added which was nice! You can also connect the PVR to a monitor instead of always using the APP.If you're in the market I'd recommend! Especially if you get it with a coupon code :)
