Twenty years ago when I was pretty new at all of this, an older gentleman (probably my age now) struck up a conversation with me at the dump station island (which will always feel strange to me) and told my wife and I that the smartest accessory we could buy for dumping was a clear fitting. His argument was that the clear fitting literally provides a window into the "stuff' that's coming out, and that you basically want to empty and flush until the water flows out clear. Fair enough. Probably don't need to elaborate on that.I've probably owned four or five clear fittings over the years and I'll never be without one now. The straight ones are OK, but these 45° angled fittings are much better. There's less leverage and stress against the fitting and the hose falls down naturally towards the ground and lasts longer because the end won't want to crack so quickly.The final piece of the puzzle though was to get this Camco Rhino version. I switched to the Rhino hoses probably fifteen years ago and I'll never use another brand (at least not on purpose). This fitting couples with my favorite hose just perfectly.

This is a must have for RVers that want to make sure and monitor their tank offloads. The only sure way to ensure you have flushed tanks and hose clear is to see what’s flowing. The ability to swivel the ends assists in reducing chances of spills.

This is perfect for use with the Sewer Solution I recently purchased. My black and grey water valves get in the way of the Sewer Solution's connection. The Sewer Solution will connect and can be used but the sideways angle and the way it's put together doesn't allow me to easily drain the grey water tank. The grey water tank valve can't be fully opened. The Camco 90 degree angle sewer adapter allows the Sewer Solution to connect below both the black and grey water tank valves and also directs material solids right into the water jet of the Sewer Solution. Once in the direct path of the water jet, any solid material gets pulverized and down the pipe it all goes into my home sewer cleanout. There is slight leakage, but it's nothing compared to when I used the stinky slinky to empty my tanks. The clear pipe allows for easy viewing to make sure the tanks really are empty.

Really nice to be able to see what’s coming out of the black tank. Makes flushing the tank easier since I can see when the water runs clear. After a few weeks of good rinses the tank sensors all work now that I can see my rinse water. A must have I will say.

This is very verstaile for connecting my RV sewer hose to the outlet on my camper. It swivels to enable different angles, since connections in campgrounds are never straight out. Being transparent is helpful to see when the discharge is clear when flushing the black tank, and when draining is complete. Camco Rhino Flex products are excellent in quality.

I think this is a must have for any camper. The ability to see what is coming out of the waste outlet on the camper is a must. You can tell when it has stopped as well as how clear the liquid is. I don't see how you could work without one.

Good connector as it swivels to what angle you need .. and clear so you can check the water flush is clear . And good seal .

Great product quite solid I’m glad that it’s not clear just enough that you can still see water movement you really don’t need to see what’s coming out of there do you? I don’t!!!
