Another review had said that they wouldn't hold the camshafts without a little modification and that is correct, also the bar that spans the cylinder head is to high so when tightening down on camshaft it bends the bar and actually causes it on either end to bent outward and falls off the side of head so once again a little modification to cure that problem then they worked great. They are well made except they need a little tweaking

There is little to dislike, you simply take the valve cover off, put the smaller piece under the camshaft, put the larger part on the top where the ears rest on the head and screw in the two bolts and tighten them down, that's it.

These will do the job, but they do not really clamp down as they should. They worked more off of clamping tension rather than clamping force. What I mean is all three pieces should work together as a clamping force, but the frame and the bottom piece where only applying a clamping force, leaving the second piece floating. And the plastic protector pieces fall off easily.

Fits my F-series engine just right

I used it for my Mustang GT despite it technically not being listed in the compatible vehicles. It worked great! Way better price than what Ford wanted to charge me for their "OEM" camshaft holders. The plastic ends do fall off pretty easily though so I would suggest gluing them.

These bent while using them and don’t hold to well by themselvesAdvice you need 4 of these 2 for each sideYou will have to tighten the hell out of these to keep your timing before taking the timing chains off

It works. Cheaper than ford.

This tool is a one time use only the metal is flimsy and bent very easily. It got the job done, however so no complaints there but if you are looking for a good quality as an everyday Ford mechanic this is not your tool.
