Makes it very easy to open sealed jars, versus fingernails. Which also means you don't risk damaging your nails. I think it's way overpriced, but it will be getting a lot of use. I keep it in its little plastic bag in the silverware drawer, so it's easy to find when I need it. It's a pretty solid plastic, shaped like a wide bottle opener.

Stays in my fridge with the magnet so easy and quick to grab. Works excellent to take kids off Mason jars perfectly. Lid stays in tact without bending.

This is great. We were using the little metal one that came with the vacuum sealer and had to use a second lid on top to keep from denting the lid on jar. This opener works so good that you don't have to use a second lid to open jar. It is light, nice size to hold on to, wide lip to open jar easily. Loving it so much that I am going to get a second one.

I love this cute little tool I didn’t know I needed. It really helps unsealing jars that have been pressurized. My only complaint is that the magnet that helps lift the lid keeps coming out. It’s a very strong magnet but it’s also really small. I’m going to eventually tack it in with some E6000 or other more permanent glue.

Fantastic, if you buy jars of food or are into canning it makes your life way easier when opening jars. Doesn’t damage any lids.

I love that it has a magnet on both sides - one to help with keeping the lid in hand once it’s been removed from the jar, and the other to keep on the fridge so you don’t lose the tool. I have been able to open quite a few jars and ruined zero lids - which was not how it went before this so I’m glad I bought it.
