Very good quality construction, seems very durable. Great for tricep dips and very stable as well. The size works great for me as well.

The product looks safe and sturdy but is almost useless, if i attach it on the inside of the rack i hit my head in the pull up bar unless i attach too low and hit my knees on the ground at the bottom position anyways, if i put outside the right pole, where you stack the plates close to the ground, the whole rack will tip over me, almost happened, because of the weight distribution. The only way is on the left side but the handles are too short so if i dip facing the pole i hit my face on it, if i dip on the opposite side i scratch my ass on the pole, the way i manage to do dips "properly" is using weird form for me trying to be at the most upright position i can and with straddle legs, which enfatize the triceps and abs and i almost don't feel my chest working, and also very hard to stabilize the scapula putting undesirable stress on the shoulders, i should have asked for my money back.I wish a better luck for those who will buy this crap.

If you’ve been searching amazon for a dip station for your 2x2 power rack but have only been able to find ones for the 1 inch pins this one will work for the smaller 5/8 pin holes!!! Sturdy build quality. Highly recommend

Very solid and sturdy attachment, better quality than the cap rack itself. Even has some knurling, which is a nice touch. Cons are that it is to wide and unstable when placed high on the rack. More so due to the flimsiness of the rack than the attachment itself. Very stable when placed lower down. Also keep in mind that you need to face away from the rack to do dips so It’s a bit cramped. Overall I would recommend this product.

Bars are set too wide apart, and are not adjustable, so instant muscle pain from hyperextension right off the bat. Having it only clip to one side of the rack means the rack wobbles all over the place while you are trying to use this. It also means that if you try to lean forward or backward you will smack your head or your legs on your rack, respectively. Why on Earth did they not make this two separate pieces and have them mounted to both sides of the rack, which is what the thing was intended for?

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Great for the price. The only negative on it, is that you cannot leave it racked on the rack, since it's so bulky, it'll get in the way when youre squatting or benching. Again, such a minor detail. product is still great overall

The only disappointment I had in this rig is the inability to rack more plates on it. This attachment doubles as a rack for your smaller plates which helps to stabilize the rack and adds extra storage. I don't need a ton of weights. I'm a 5'6" 165# female. It's perfect for my needs.

Incredibly wobbly and so oddly built. I don't know why the close grip is there, as your head is so close to the bar it's unusable.

This style of dip bar would work better on a 3 inch by 3 inch rack so it would be more stable. It works though.
