Originally bought a Hipa brand carb kit but did not fit and was poorly machined. Got this kit and put on my ms250 and runs like new, great product and lots of stuff comes in the kit!! Highly recommend!!

Bought for an older Stihl 025. Start to finish about a 10 minute install for the carb only. Fired up on the second pull. Had to adjust the low idle about a half turn. High run was right on. Perfect fit. Way cheaper than OEM. Saw is running like new again!

The hardest part was inserting the rubber grommet in the fuel tank. Started second pul and idled perfectly. Highly recommend

The fuel line is shorter than the original leaving your filter hanging in the middle of your fuel tank instead of the bottom.The fuel filter cannot be used with the original line because it is the wrong size to fit the original line diameter.The carburetor fits on the mounting bolts but the tuning screws don't line up withe the rubber boot for the saw making it difficult to tune. Even if you remove the rubber boot and plastic shield to tune the carb, it never tunes to make the saw run well. It runs, just not like it is supposed to. I went back to the Stihl brand carb purchased from a local power equipment shop for $35 and have it running like new again.The air filter is completely wrong and doesn't fit at all. It's much bigger than the original and if you use the intake manifold inlet that they provide, it doesn't fit on the mounting bolts.I didn't try the rest of the stuff in the kit because I lost all faith that it would work.

Replaced carb on a MS 250 and saw runs well. You will need to tune it to make saw run properly. You may have issues with fitment of rubber guard on saw that supposed to fit over idle screw ports.

Simply can't be beat for the price and apparent build quality.Ran perfectly right after install.The high and low oil fuel ratio adjustment screws don't match up with the OEM placements, they're too close together to fit into the rubber piece. I had to modify the rubber screwdriver ports in order to install the carburetor.

the saw runs very well. The adjustment screws are in a different place so you can not adjust with the air filter cover in place
