This paging system works like a charm. My spouse has severe mobility challenges, so not only does he wear one of these buttons around his neck, I have also used double stick tape to strategically place other buttons around the house: his hobby room; the bathrooms; the kitchen, etc. Each button is identified by an exclusive number, so when it is pressed, not only does an alarm sound on my page, the pager displays the number of the alert button. That way, I immediately know where my husband is in the house. This is one of the best purchases we have made as we travel our new normal.

This pager system has solved a big problem for me! My wife has fallen a couple of times, and can't get up by herself. I'm at home, but my office is at the other end of the house. So when she calls for me, I can't hear her. This pager system helps to solve that problem. The idea is simple. The system comes with 6 buttons and one pager unit. When one of the buttons is pressed, the number-id of that particular button is displayed on the screen (see photo). Each button can be attached to a lanyard (included) and worn around the neck, or attached to something solid (like a wall) with either screws or double-sided tape (both included). The pager unit itself can be worn (attaches with a clip), mounted on a wall, or simply laid on a tabletop.Although this system can be used when one caregiver is looking after several patients (by identifying which patient is in need of care), in my case it works by identifying where my wife is when she needs me. (I've mounted 5 of the buttons near the floor in areas she frequents (bathroom, bedroom, etc.) Granted, if the lanyard-attached button "rings", I've got to go looking for her, but at least I know she's in trouble.)I'm really impressed that almost everything you might need is included -- batteries in the buttons, batteries in the pager unit, lanyards, button holders (for wall mounting), even double-sided tape and little screws! The one item that you might want that isn't included is the AC adapter (in case you don't want the pager unit to rely on batteries). But I don't object to replacing the 2 AA batteries as needed, so I don't need the adapter. The range seems fine. They advertise it as having a range of up to 500 feet, but 100 feet is all I need (from one end of the house to the other end), and so that's all I've tried. But for a hundred feet, it worked fine.I sincerely hope I never need this pager system, but I certainly have a greater peace of mind now, knowing that my wife can easily alert me if she ever needs to. Highly recommended!

I love these but they don't hold their connection. My staff is having to re-pair them every 2 days. I would give them a 5-star rating if they had support and I could fix this because we do like them but I was unable to find any support line or website. We are getting ready to buy another system for a new facility and I would love it if these worked...

My mom lives me and my family, and since she is getting older and suffers from COPD and has a few other issues, I figured this would be a fantastic option. The buttons and receiver come in a brown box and they look exactly as they do in the product images. They’re lightweight and there are a few options as far as placement goes, which I like. I would say the receiver is medium in volume, so if you are hard of hearing I’m not sure this specific set would be ideal. However all of the buttons work great, and were easy to set up. I placed mine in the bathroom, her room, our patio, and the kitchen - which all of these are where she tends to go most. It’s nice that the recover is wearable and I am able to quickly look at it and see the designated number and know which room to go to. My only qualm is that I wish it had an app, I know that’s a bit techy for the price, but our phones are always on us and the receiver may not be.

When I am in my room and my mother is in hers so I don't always hear her call for me. She is too far away and worries that she will fall or something and I won't know it until it's too late. These alarms help with that. It comes with six call buttons that can be attached to the wall or furniture or worn. The strap to wear it is included as are holders and double sided sticky backing to attach them to whatever. There is only one unit that receives the calls which is my one complaint. I would love for there to have been two of those. That way I could have one in my bedroom and one in my office without having to carry it from room to room. When a button is pushed it tells you what number button that was. So, for us we have one in my mom's room and one in the living room next to her chair. She wears one when she goes outside. When she pushes it I know where she is based on the number. You do have to clear the receiver once a button has been pushed or it will keep going off. You can always change the sound the receiver makes. There are a few to choose from. For me it means I know she needs me for some reason rather than hoping I hear her call out.

The batteries are not rechargeable. The AC cord is just an alternative power source. The loudest setting isn’t really loud enough for my 86 yo father to hear and the vibration is only effective if it is worn or held. And you CAN’T set it to do BOTH!
