I bought this for an upgrade to my Extra Large Stainless Steel Litter Box. The step that came with the litter box was two-piece and could have worked better. This, is a great upgrade. It catches much more litter and my cat throws litter out tons when he digs for China as he is prone to do on occasion, usually right after I clean the box and area around it! My box also has the tall plastic lip with the litter catcher at the door but litter manages to get out in front but not near as much with this. A big plus, he likes it better getting in and out. It traps a lot of litter and is easy to clean. I'm so glad I took a chance on this. I would buy this again if I needed to but it is very solid. Fantastic buy!

My cats are getting older and not squatting as well so I bought a high sided litter box but they couldn't get in it. This step is a great size and durable. It works well for helping my cats get in and out of the litter box. It also catches some of the litter that sticks to their paws. Nice value.

Little pricey but I do really like this cat mat/step! It catches the litter as your furry friend steps out and is easy to wash clean.

Stays in place nicely and is sturdy for my cat to use. It captures litter as my cat exits the box, but not all, unfortunately, as my cat must be messier than most. But I think it makes entry and exit to the litter box easier for my cat.

This is a great little step to put in front of litter boxes, and does exactly what I need! - I think a lot of people expect it to be a bit bigger than it is in reality though, so be sure to CHECK THE DIMENSIONS before ordering. As long as the size will work for you, the quality, durability, and washability is great. Also keep in mind this is a step for pets, and not a step for humans - I think it would probably break if used by something over 60 pounds on a regular basis! Works great for my kittie’s needs though; I have two Litter Robot automatic litter boxes and my older cats seemed like they needed a little extra step to get in easier, and this works perfect (I think it would work well with other brands of auto litter boxes also, or even just kitties that need a bit of help climbing into traditional/standard litter boxes as well). I also think it looks nice enough - no complaints!

I'm really completely floored by this little step. I was a bit grouchy about having to pay $20 for a short plastic step that could easily break if a human stepped on it accidentally (and I almost have a few times), but I was even more annoyed with every other step on the market that has a similar function costing $60!I'm so glad I went with this. I have a polydactyl with 6 toes on each foot. he TRACKS. and we even use pine pellets! This has completely halted the tracking from the litter box and contained it within the steps.

I have a big automatic litter robot thing. I needed a step to help my cats get into it, but this is so small, it’s barely a step at all. I like that it has a grooved surface to help clean their paws from litter. I like that it has nonslip feet to keep it from sliding. I just wish it was taller, it’s almost no bigger than a phone book.
