Warm Tips To Get Suction Cups To Stay Stuck:
1. Make sure the window you’re applying it to is squeaky clean
2. Rinse the suction cups under warm water to help soften the material
3. Press the suction cup firmly against the surface, making sure there are no air bubbles between the cup and the surface.
4. Test to ensure the system is secure.
5. Let the kitty enjoy!
* A Warm Tip: Temperature and humidity changes can affect the pliability of the suction cup, which could also cause air bubbles to develop and eventually pull the suction cup away from the surface. We recommend testing the system periodically and cleaning both the surface and suction cups when necessary.

Really sturdy and soft cat bed. Easy to assemble and install with super strong suction cups. Had to buy a second one because my cat's didn't want to share.. It's their favourite place to nap! The white padding will discolor if you have black cats like we do. There's no instructions on cleaning, but we washed the cushion in the washing machine on a hot cycle and it still looks good. It's a bit expensive but the quality is great, would for sure recommend!

this holds nelson our 17 pound cat perfectly!it’s extremely sturdy and has never come loose or fallen off.he jumps into it from the floor everyday and loves it!the frame will fit over windows that have glazing bars. 💪

I was weary of the suction cups, especially having two large cats. But, this window seat is surprisingly stable, even months later when both cats get in it at the same time. It was quick and easy to put together and mount and hasn't budged since. It has held strong with 30+lbs in it and the large suction cups stay stuck. It can be taken apart fairly easy and put in the washer if you need to clean it.Definatly recommend!

We have purchased two of these beds. Both have been great quality and our cat loves the beds! The suction cups are STRONG. The bedding is easy to remove and wash. I've had great luck washing and drying in the machines. Would definitely recommend this product!

Goose approved! My cat loves this perch, but I had to ease him into it. I started it really low on the window so he’d actually try it, then moved it up about an inch a week until it was in the perfect spot.The metal support is super sturdy, even for a larger cat, and the bed is cozy enough that Goose naps in it for hours. Perfect for sunbathing and supervising the neighborhood. Highly recommend if your cat deserves a throne with a view!

It looks and feels comfy, very sturdy. Unfortunately my cat ignores it. It's been assembled for weeks now, I've moved it to several different windows but he just doesn't care for it. Every time I put him in it he jumps off. Seems like a good product but I guess not for us. Not sure if I can return it now since it's already out of the box and cat has been in it it briefly.

Not even five minutes into having installed it and one of my 5 cats climbs on it. At any time of the day, one of them is on it. I don’t regret a penny spent on this item. It’s fantastic!! They now get the chance to sleep with a view or watch the birds outside.It’s very sturdy as all of them except one are quite chunky!The manual was in Chinese though. I had to use an app that translated thd scanned words through the cam

This product was pleasantly larger than I thought it would be. Easy to assemble and very sturdy once put up. The material feels a little wierd but still my cats immediately loved it. Would easily hold 2 smaller cats snuggling.

My fatty big boy chunky cat loves this! He has his head off in the photo but he can easily fit his whole body on. Spends all day in it. Super steady and has never fallen off the window
