With a little searching on Amazon, this was an identical replacement part for my ceiling fan. I also replaced the light chain pull switch at the same time, all for under $13. It was easy to replace (easier than installing a new fan). It goes without saying but turn off the power to the fan before any work!

There are no instructions, but you can watch the short video posted for this product. They should show a closeup image or some video of what the holes actually look like so that you know how to insert the wires. Use a flashlight and you will be able to understand the direction that the bare wire is to be inserted.Just installed it today and the fan is working properly.I hope this one lasts longer than the factory-installed version from Hunter!

The pull chain broke off on the ceiling fan. So I needed a replacement and this item was easy to install as the replacement. The connections are numbered so swapping the old to the new was simple.

It works as a replacement for the kte 3089 in the picture from a small ceiling fan. Didn't install it myself so don't know how easy that is. Both have numbers for the wires so it may be a simple as matching the wires to the numbers when changing.Was a lot quicker to buy this from Amazon instead of waiting over a month for the correct one from Ali express that never showed..

No podÃa encontrar uno con 4 cables, asà que tuve que arreglar el que se rompió cómo casi todos, de la cuerda donde va la cadena,y que se rompe con él tiempo por jalar tantas veces la cadena. Y por muchos años buscándolo. No lo encontré, ni en USA. ni en MEXICO.ASà QUE ESTOY MUY CONTENTO POR HABERLO ENCONTRADO.A pero ahora para que no se vuelva a romper le hice un agujero a la carcasa para que la cuerda de plástico del switch quede en forma vertical y no se vuelva a romper. Comprenlo trabaja muy bien ðŸ‘.
