Ok so my service at my home is usually awful. I seen this and decided why not? As I was opening it I noticed it came with alot of stuff but luckily it has very easy instructions. The functionality of this item is to provide a boost in cell signal from room to room. Since I needed to install the antenna high up I ended up hanging the antenna on my trampoline rail at the very top pointed towards the cell towers. This kit came with a easy under window chord so I could close the window while running the cable from antenna to inside my home. After that I came inside and hooked the two indoor antennas to the connector and then run it to the booster box. Very simple to do . I put one box in my kitchen because normally I don't get service in there. I also put one at the other end of the house in my bedroom to improve signal in there. When I turned on the booster box after making sure everything was installed every band light came on and my phone shot from one bar to five bars immediately. I was extremely impressed by this booster. The design was neat allowing two rooms to be boosted at once . Even though I had the indoor connectors installed only in two rooms I noticed an overall improvement throughout my entire home which is perfect. The clarity of signal is phenomenal. Wasn't bad on my wallet either so great deal for the booster. You won't be disappointed if you decide to try this . Just make sure to follow directions and hook up accordingly and you will have perfect cell signal. It truly is wonderful to be able to talk on the phone anywhere in my house as well as surf the web on data at high speed.

This is an update Amazon helped me with an issue I had and I appreciate it but the vendor did not follow through as promised! Amazon has always been fair with solutions as far back as it can remember. Thanks from a long time customer. The change to theone star is for no CS help from the vendor. They could have easily helped but unfortunately didn’t act as promised. I will report now the booster is working better. Below is first Eval:I’m trying to be fair to the vendor and the potential customers here. It’s too early to eval will probably come back to update eval if it works properly. The only reason I do these evaluations is to give opinions and help others. The quality of the antenna, wire, and booster doesn’t look exceptional but will say it works so far. Consider I just got it up and running so for these boosters one would need weeks to check service.It’s my opinion don’t waste your time with any of these signal boosters unless you install the outside antenna up high, close to or up to the FCC recommendation limits especially if you have trees and other obstructions. Over the yrs I’ve bought 3 of these from different vendors and they usually last two or three yrs if you’re lucky. Keep in mind I don’t pay 4 or 5 hundred for designer units.After careful placement of the inside booster and other devices to the best locations so far this unit is working in my metal garage with cautious optimism. The instructions manual is very limited but looking at the pics I surmised how to install it. I didn’t mount the inside items until I move them around a few times. My garage is very open so can see in a home it could be challenging to get the signal consistent throughout. Every situation is different but I mounted the outside antenna on 1-1/2 pvc pipe mounted it on the outside of my garage and clamped it so I can manually adjust or twist the direction left, right from the ground. I basically knew close to where my towers are so guessed initially and tweaked it later. Some may not want all this pole and antenna exposed but personally I want my cell phone to work!Before hand, inside my building I had one bar if lucky and service was slow as Christmas.So far now I may have 3 bars one minute and 1 bar the next. That May correct itself we’ll see. *It seems the service is much better, the speed is faster pulling up my apps. I don’t have internet service so the service has to rely exclusively on the signal coming from a tower consider that fact.I’m hoping, and praying a little too because it’s a lot of trouble to install these things correctly and effectively so those of you that don’t have the time or skills may want to hire it done. This is an amazing product. It was purchased for a fishing cabin where we had sketchy at best cell reception. Hooked it up this weekend and we went from 2 bars on the cell phone to 4 bars! Easy to install a d easy to connect. Not big and bulky. Fits great in a smaller place

Unfortunately, I had to return this product. The instructions for set-up were not easy at all (contrary to other reviews)! You have to have proper tools for drilling and installation of the product since one piece has to be set-up on the roof of your house... The instructions seemed entirely vague, wordy without real direction, and overall, ineffective. This is coming from a somewhat handy woman who needed to improvise and come up with a solution for my lack of cell signal at my house. Reading the instructions literally turned my eyes into spirals or maybe I over thought it. Either way, it was a waste of money. Maybe if you have more patience than I did, this product will work for you.

Looks like a great product, the coax cables don’t look of good quality but so far work’s great out of the box.Lot cheaper than other options!!
