I used this on two c15's now and it seems to be very accurate. I checked it to a starrett dial indicator and it read the same so I believe it to be accurate and trustworthy. The only downside I see to this unit is that the dial indicator is held in with a set screw to the block so you can't spin it to see the gauge face independently of block. At times that can become an inconvenience because of alignment dowels or front structures that won't let you swing the gauge block around far enough for me to see the indicator face. Not a huge deal when you look at the cost of a starrett dial indicator and gauge block compared to this one. I would buy it again.

Great tool. Works perfect with no issues. Several different ends are included in kit for different liner setups. As others have stated the tool comes in a sturdy cardboard box, not the plastic case shown in the product picture. I did have a small hiccup when I received the tool. The kit was shipped with the wrong dial and it would not fit the bore of the steel. Amazon promptly shipped out a new set with the correct size dial and I was using it three days later.

Works as designed. Very affordable compaired to other sled gauges. Highly recomend this gauge. Used it to do a case 4cyl and a international DT466e 6cyl. Worked great on both engines.

Nice quality tool, the dial indicator was a little sticky when I first got it. But loosened up and been fine, zeros each time.

Very disappointed it did not come in the hard plastic case that is shown in the picture of the item. It is definitely not as secure in the pasteboard box it actually came in.

I too would have read the reviews on this item as it does not come with the plastic box like in the picture. I have used these many times in the past and was not concerned about quality hence why I never read the reviews. The plastic case was somewhat important as I keep this in my service truck and don't feel it will be well protected in the cardboard box. I will be purchasing a separate storage case for this.
