Right off the bat, it came in a little canvas pouch with a zipper. I love that! It has a bunch of little moving parts and the pouch is very important to keep it all together. It works well and makes sharpening a chain a lot easier and more reliable.

This brand of chainsaw sharpener is a poor substitute for the Timberline Brand. The operating instructions are not well written or easy to follow. So, I watched the You-Tube video. It was better than the written instructions. However, the tool just lacks the quality of the branded item in all respects. The tool did a poor sharpening job and took longer than expected. I would not recommend this tool or this brand.

Product did what it said it would do but very poorly. Was more difficult to use then I expected. The files or sharpening tools wear out quickly. You will have to buy new ones more often then you might expect. After using I think I will stay with the old fashion chain saw sharpening file.

It does not fit all brands. Disappointed that it was miskeading . The add specifically stated it fits Ryobi with one exception.
