Make yogurt, butters and cheeses weekly. These are FANTASTIC! I have tried a lot of different types and not been happy with many. These are GREAT Quality. I will absolutely be purchasing a LOT more!Great Quality, great stitching, large capacity, tie well, twist well, wash easily (always hand wash, never put this stuff in the washer with ANYTHING , too many chemicals residue in your washer and dryer!) and hang dry.

The Precut Cheesecloth, coming in a handy 4-pack with each piece measuring 15 x 15 inches and boasting a Grade 100 ultra-fine mesh, has quickly become a staple in my kitchen for all things straining. Initially purchased for making homemade cheese, I found them so effective that I got a second set. Despite being labeled as washable, I tend to throw them out after use, but given their performance, I'm not too bothered by this. These cheesecloths are incredibly versatile and have proven to be invaluable for straining not just cheese, but also yogurt cheese, butter, and more. The ultra-fine mesh ensures that you get a smooth, clean result every time, without any unwanted particles. Their precut size is perfect for my needs, eliminating the hassle of cutting and measuring from a larger cloth. While the disposable nature might not be for everyone, the convenience and quality of the straining they provide make them a great tool for anyone who does a lot of cooking that involves straining or filtering.Overall, if you're into making your own dairy products or need a reliable strainer for cooking, these precut cheesecloths are a fantastic choice. They simplify the process, deliver excellent results, and the pack of 4 means you'll be set for several projects.

Very nice. I use them to strain homemade ricotta as well as oat milk. Wet them first and double up. Package comes with 3 good size to line mesh strainer. And best of all washable. Put them in a mesh wash bag and toss in machine with dish towels.

I use this for wine and tea. I have a lot of old bottles of wine, and as much as I try to store them in ideal conditions, I get a lot of broken corks. This is perfect for filtering out tiny bits of cork. It has saved many bottles of great wine for me. For tea, I have certain tea blends that I need to make in a kettle or a pot by throwing in the loose tea. Specifically true Australian Billy tea and loose leaf Russian Caravan tea. This cloth is perfect for straining it. I can reuse the cloth many times.

I used this cheesecloth to make cheese and it worked perfectly. The only advice I can give is to spray or soak and then strain the cheesecloth with regular white vinegar. This will help prevent the cheesecloth from sticking to the cheese when you finally remove it. I do recommend and I will order again.
