The brush was exactly the texture I needed to fill in the gaps of the cheese when I waxed it and the wax was the perfect consistency.

This waxes dye leaches every where. When I handled the cheese it stained my hands red. I waxed to cheeses, thought better of it ordering my usual wax ahead of time. Opened them to re-wax and here is the result. I will not be using this stuff ever again. I am 100% certain based on the odor that this is candle wax. Live an learn I guess!

I like the red wax for sealing my cheddar cheese. I looks more professional. Very easy to use.
