I cut a piece and used it to strain A LOT of cider through. Worked great, didn't tear, didn't shed, will reuse when needed, but there's a lot of it, so I don't even need that too much, but I can if I'd like.

I have always bought cheesecloth at the grocery store. I thought that all cheesecloth was that cheap, flimsy, large holed kind bought there. When this cheesecloth arrived, it was so nice I didn’t want to use it. If your purpose requires a fine cheesecloth, you can’t really do better than this one.
