We were eating a lot of cherries over the summer and needed something to make the pitting process quicker and easier. This pitter works great! It's quick and easy and gets the job done. It's a little messy like basically any other pitter, so you'll want to do it over a sink. But it doesn't spray juice everywhere like some of them do, it just shoots the pit out which can be a bit messy sometimes. Overall, money definitely well spent!

Works like a charm! Before this handy device, my fingers were stained for days after digging out cherry pits with a paring knife. Now, I simply pop out each pit and move on to the next. No muss, no fuss. Sturdy and reliable in addition to being easy to clean.

It really gets rid of cherry pits if you’re willing to do the work. It does one cherry at a time which consumes a lot of time. It is very easy to use. It is easy to clean. It’s very sturdy.

Works well, and mostly easy to use. My granddaughter was so excited to try it, but her hands are still too small. Seems good quality. We love cherries, but hate spitting pits! Wish I had bought it at the beginning of cherry season.

My girls love cherries, but want the pits cut out because they fear swallowing them. They are 8 and 11 and can use this themselves. Very quick and easy to use!

This is a great tool for easy of use, my 8 year old is able to use easily. However, when you push down, cherry juice sprays everywhere. It was all across our backsplash pretty far from where I was standing. You almost have to use inside of a bag or something, but that is time consuming when you’re doing one at a time.

It's solid and easy to use, at least for cherries.Not tested with olives yet.Quite large for the storage drawer, but that also translates to an easy grip for older hands.
