This product is well made, with 3 main components - clear bottom base, clear middle tray to hold fruit, red top with pitter tines and press. It is ~ 3 3/4" in diameter and the bottom assembled bottom container is ~4" tall, 5 1/2" to top of press. It holds 7 cherries that are loaded into the depressions in the tray. The press is easy to work by pressing onto the top, The tines have plus cross section for pitting. The pits fall into the bottom. This product makes quick work of pitting cherries or olives.

Easy to use and easy to clean. That is the two things I was looking for for pitting anything. The use of the the tool can be easy, but is it easy to clean. This one is low hassle and works great for batches of cherries in the summer.

Bought this for an olive pitter … big mistake, left half the olive on the pit and squished the rest of the olive leaving a mess and unusable olive.

I'm a sucker for gadgets and gizmos and I actively have to stop myself from accumulating them! This one got the best of me though since I love cherries and olives but hate pitting them.Anyway I came away super impressed with this guy! It bangs out 7 at a time in one fell swoop with just a bit of force. Love that the pita drop down into a little container that you can dump separately. Easy to clean and honestly for the price, a steal.

At last I have a device to pit 7 cherries at once! I'm usually watching TV and using a knife or my nails and two bowls. This will save a ton of time. I make cherry jam for my son from scratch.
