I have chickens and for various reasons, I sometimes need to catch one, or help someone else to catch their chickens. This net is awesome! The net is well made and will not likely get damaged by angry roosters or chickens. Nice long handle, and the hook that comes with it is also handy. I wish I had purchased this a few years ago!!

I was concerned about the quality and sturdiness of a net that screwed together but this bet works great and is tough.

Works well.I expected the betting would tear through quickly & planned ahead to use old pillow cases to make replaceable nets.So got what I was expecting.... wish had longer handles & wish both the better & the hook came with handles.

After making and having to cancel 3 vet appointments for a cat who goes berserk at the prospect of a vet visit, I decided to try netting her. Have to say, this worked like a charm!! Lured her into the bathroom, gave her some food, then dropped the net over her and pulled her away from the door, so I could close it and get her into the cat carrier. The net worked exactly as I thought it would- after shortening it a bit by not adding all the handle pieces, and it was easy to remove from her- she wasn't entangled in it. So, while I can't vouch for how it works on chickens, I will say it works VERY well on difficult to catch felines.

Great for catching opossums! I have an opossum problem in my backyard since I have cat food. This is great since the net is more of a metal material and the opossums can’t claw or bite through the netting. Don’t worry, I relocate the possums.
