Travels well. Fully accessible water fill basin that you can truly pour water from the mug into.Simple use. I have the white. Setting the tray at the higher level helps with splash. Fits a 10oz mug on higher tray and a 10oz travel mug on the bottom tray. Appears to drip through the pods well for a decent cup of coffee. No smashing the top down to pierce. Just close it with normal effort (not always applicable in smaller pod machines)Works well with Community Coffee, Twinings tea k-cup pods etc.From fill to finish - brew speed on a first run, is 4.5 minutes - temps at 170

I used it a couple times then it either got clogged up or stopped working. The water would get hot but the pump wouldn't push the water. It's cute but just doesn't work well. 😞

This machine is very simple to use and consistently makes good hot beverages. It has a small footprint and is easy keep clean. It is what I was looking for: good performance, simple - no frills, Keurig compatible, requires very little counter space. We will have to wait and see about durability, but very pleased so far.

Makes a single cup of coffee quickly. The coffee turns out well, and hot.I got some fill it yourself coffee K-cups. The first set of K-cups I got were flat on the bottom. I did not even try them, because there is a pin on the bottom of this coffee maker meant to puncture the bottom of pre-filled K-cups. So I got some that had a lip on the bottom that lifted the screen up a quarter inch or so. Those worked well.Except: I could not make hot chocolate using this combination. I tried filling the K-cup to the top one time and about 3/4 full with a cocoa mix, but in neither case did all the chocolate get used. Using less mix would make a too-thin hot chocolate.I did not like the little adjustable drip tray: I was not confident it would stay in place to hold a cup full of hot water. It did seem to do so, but it does not firmly lock in place in my opinion. So I just put it on the bottom like where you would put it for the big girl cups, and it works fine.I got the lavender color. The coffee maker looks good, I think. I like that there is only one button to push, no adjustments to set.
