Works for simple things but today I rolled out some naan and I felt like I was going to break it. So if you but this understand that it's not a big one and if you plan on rolling out alot of tortillas or naan your hands will hurt after a while and feel like your going to break it. Otherwise it's good!

Very nice wood rolling pin with the size bands. The only negative is the mat that comes with is weirdly sticky. It's thicker than many others I've seen. I hope it works well when I use it

I love the size and weight of the rolling pin. My old one has seen better days so gave this a try. Rolls out dough easily without much effort. It is a little smaller than my old one but am fine with it. Have it in the cupboard in the holder that it came with. Very easy to wipe clean. The silicone mat that came with it is a game changer, no more dough sticking to the counter. So easy to roll out my dough now.

Wir bekommen: Ein klassisches Nudelholz aus echtem Holz, eine Teigmatte aus Silikon mit allerlei Maßen, Abstandshalter für eine gleichmäßige Teigdicke und einen Handyhalter.Erstmal zum Holz: Das ist Weltklasse! Die Griffe sind auf Edelstahllagern geführt und drehen auch unter mehligsten Umständen 1a, wodurch der Teig präzise ausgerollt werden kann. Echtes Buchenholz ist natürlich auch das angemessene Material. Insgesamt enorm wertig verarbeitet und mit einer tollen Haptik, es macht richtig Freude das in die Hand zu nehmen.Zum Zubehör: Die Silikonringe sind eine Mega Idee, um seinen Teig wiederholgenau auf eine exakte Dicke zu bekommen. Ehrlich gesagt dachte ich zuerst: wozu? Aber seid der ersten Benutzung frage ich mich nur noch, warum nicht jedes Holz mit solchen Abstandsringen kommt.Die Teigmatte. Allein die wär es schon wert, die ist einfach besser geeignet als eine mehlige Küchenarbeitsplatte. Noch dazu sind jede Menge Maße drauf, damit die Pizza auch wirklich die perfekte Größe bekommt. Die Umrechnungstabellen sind größtenteils imperial, braucht man in Europa also eigentlich nicht ... aber wenn dann doch mal ein Rezept in Farenheit oder Oz angegeben wird freut man sich dass man nicht zum Handy greifen muss.Achso, das Handy. Ich hab mich glatt dabei erwischt, den mitgelieferten Handyhalter ganz selbstverständlich zu benutzen. Einerseits ist der Nudelholzsständer schon etwas drüber, da man das Teil ja einfach aufhängen oder in eine Schublade feuern kann. Andererseits, wenn man Teig rollt hat man mehlige Finger und will sein Handy nicht in der Hand halten - also ist auch das ein sinnvolles und gutes Zubehör.Elefant im Raum: über 20€ für ein Nudelholz? Ganz klare Antwort: ja, das ist es Wert, das ist ein sehr gutes Arbeitsgerät mit nützlichem Zubehör!

Das ist ein wirklich nettes Nudelholz. Es ist aus hochwertigem Hartholz gefertigt und hat an einem Ende sogar eine Lederschlaufe zum Aufhängen. Obwohl ich die Höhenversteller, mit denen Krusten unterschiedlicher Dicke hergestellt werden können, möglicherweise nicht verwende, schätze ich die Teigmatte im Silikonstil wirklich. Die Matte ist die Art, die direkt auf Ihrer Rollfläche haftet (für mich ist das eine Arbeitsplatte), ohne sich zu bewegen! Die Sorte, die ich jetzt habe, muss zusammengerollt werden, um sie aufzubewahren. Da es nur aus Plastik ist, wird es nie platt, und ich muss es mit Gewichten festhalten, damit es funktioniert. Der, der mit diesem Set geliefert wurde, ist großartig! Es bewegt sich überhaupt nicht! Schließlich wurde ein Holzständer mitgeliefert, auf dem das Nudelholz aufbewahrt werden kann. Ich kann das Nudelholz sogar auf der Theke ausstellen, da es jetzt nirgends wegrollt! Dieses Set ist ein Genuss!TOP 5 von 5 *

Ich selbst habe mich an diesem Nudelholz nicht versucht, sondern durfte den Test an Mama Höhlenbär delegieren. Aber wenn ich keins damit übergebraten bekommen will, soll ich ihren Erfahrungsbericht gefälligst akkurat wiedergeben. Wohlan – und zum Glück kann ich’s mir gut merken, denn für dieses Produkt läßt sie ausschließlich Lob und das so kurz wie knackig ausrichten:Es ist ein ganz hervorragender Teigroller, der spielend leicht dreht und gut in der Hand liegt. Durch die Abstandshalter aus Silikon gelingt der Teig gleichmäßig dick. Die Backmatte ist noch ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt, da sie sich sowohl beim Vorbereiten als auch beim Backen im Ofen eignet.Fazit: Keine Neuerfindung der Rolle, aber eine hochwertige Ausführung dieses klassischen Küchen-Basics inklusive pfiffiger Extras: 5 Sterne!
