What I like most about this rolling pin are the round discs. Depending on how thick or thin you want you crust to be, select the corresponding disc and start rolling. Extremely helpful!

If you’re a baker this is amazing in its simplicity. Trying to get my dough rolled out to an even thickness was a challenge but not anymore! Jeans it rolled out to 1/4 thickness and…easy peasy! No more uneven bakes!

This is the best rolling pin if you want your cookies all the same thickness. It is easy to remove the disc to get the thickness you want. Each disc has the amount engraved in it. Easy to clean.

This is a super purchase! My crackers at 1/16" come out great, pita breads at 1/6th are also super. I am so pleased!

Although the idea of being able to roll different thicknesses was creative the rolling pin itself was very coarse. My husband had to sand it down till it was smooth which was something I was not expecting. I think it would have been an excellent idea to include a half inch disc rather than a 3/8-in desk for cinnamon rolls and biscuits etc
