I love the price you can't beat it. This is not a safety device, It just captures progress. With that being said, you may have issues with certain carabiners in the top oval slot. I highly recommend a more rounded carabiner or if you are handy and don't want to buy one simply grind the oval hole into a circle since again, this is NOT a safety device it doesn't matter and It will increase performance with more triangular shape carabiners.As far as releasing the cam with 1 hand, I simply flip my grip 180 degrees and I can open the cam no problem with just my thumb.Great product I would buy again

I use these for work, excellent design. I use two with my rope to climb buildings for maintenance it is a good peace of mind you are using a quality piece of equipment for safety and reliability.

Connect some foot loops to these things and you are set up for success! Climbing up, climbing down, both are a breeze with these things to assist you! Love them! Working on the roof was a breeze with these.

Never climbed a mast before so this is my first experience. I used these in tandem with a climbing rope, climbing harness, climbing strop and some rope. Very easy to slide the handles up and down. Had to be careful on the way down not to put the top handle too close to other otherwise under load with the rope stretch you could move the bottom one (this isn't a fault of product, but a pointer). Really felt safe with them, wouldn't climb without these two now
