I make fabric face masks, and I found a video online that showed how to make fabric pockets to hold nose wire/nose strips, making them removable/replaceable - taking them out during washing extends the life and they could lose their pliability after time. My design/pattern loses its proportions if I sewed the wire inside and I don’t want the strip to break rendering the mask useless long before the fabric wears out. The video used bias tape, but I wanted to use fabric so that the pocket can be made of the same fabric as the mask and it would blend in and be virtually unnoticeable, since my masks are reversible. I bought the cheap ones that you see everywhere from a ton of sellers, but I lost the one I needed so I decided to look for a brand that wasn’t so hokey and poorly made. I trust this brand and find a lot of their sewing notions quite useful, so I thought I would give it a try.I was very happy when I opened the package and found the product to be quite more substantial and sturdy, the edges weren’t so blunt, and it was more solidly constructed. The end result looks SO much better than the bias strip made with the cheaper brands. It does have a handy feature to load fusion interfacing strips to be pulled in tandem on top of the bias tape, but I don’t need to use that so I can’t comment on how easy it is to use it that way. I can simply highly recommend and speak to the quality and functionality of this neat little tool!

First off - I am a fan of Clover sewing tools. I find them serviceable and well designed. This bias tape maker is no exception. It makes beautiful and even 3/8" bias and you do not need to add the fusible. It can be used with or without the fusible tape.

Worked better than expected, easy to slide your fabric thru to start. Once you have the fabric thru the slot, lay the iron on top the bias tape and a pressing cloth, but the metal up to the side of the iron and just keep pulling pull the tape underneath. I made over a 100' of tape for vines for an appliqué project in less than one hour.

Handy and accurate. Cut your fabric accurately and the device bends and folds it so you can iron the folded strip as it comes out of the device. I have had success with the several widths of the Clover bias tape makers.

This works extremely well at making beautiful bias tape but the glue tape to use with it was disappointing.

I used it to make the bias tape used in the basket pictured. It was easy and fun to use. The Clover brand is very sturdy and dependable.

Endlich ein Schrägbandformer, der ohne Widerspruch funktioniert. Obwohl die Clover Schrägbandformer teuer sind, habe ich mir die anderen Breiten auch noch gegönnt. Sehr gut und auch die Möglichkeit, das Klebeband in einem Durchgang beim Bügeln aufzubringen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Ho comprato questo oggetto sempre qui su Amazon e l'ho pagato la metà . In questo altro negozio non capisco perché ne costa il doppio. Attenzione il suo costo è di €13,00 come tutti gli altri.Per quanto riguarda la validità del prodotto è ottima. Come tutti i prodotti clover.
