I got this broom and dust pan to upgrade from my current Walmart brand. It looked so sturdy and heavy duty, but to my surprise, the only thing I got was just a better looking product. It's not as reliable as my former product.Don't get me wrong, it sweeps terrific for catching dirt, hair and sand, but I live in a rural area and have a lot of sand and dirt, so it's a daily routine for cleaning. The problem is that the dust pan is not flat. It actually looks to have a slight curve up in the middle so each time I sweep into the pan and lift up to dump the dirt, there is a huge amount that has been swept under the dust pan so I have sweep several times to collect all the dirt and sand. I thought the rubber edge would do the trick, but to no avail. This seems to be a design flaw.Yes, I like the ease of how the dust pan can be maneuvered to a self standing position but I still have to hold it at 30° angle to get everything done. The weight is great so there's no getting tired while sweeping but I have to take several attempts to get everything collected.The size of the dustpan is good, in this it excels over my old Walmart brand but overall it was not as satisfying as I was hoping for.June 12, 2024 UpdateI was contacted by the seller after read my review and offered to replace the dustpan if I would supply them my mailing address and a photo of the current dustpan. I got the new dustpan and broom and right away I couls see the difference in its performance. Now i no longer and to use awkward angles to sweep up my dirt and sand and the is a great broom and dustpan set. It is so much better than the Walmart generic brand. I can truely say the customer service was awesome in resolving my issue and now highly recommend this product.Great Product and superior customerr service!

Magnificent! The quality of this product is spot on perfection. It made my life so much easier than it was before. This is my 2nd time purchasing this amazing product. I previously bought one for myself and fell in love with a broom and knowing that I didnt have to bend over straining my back to do it made my life great! The 2nd purchase now is for my daughter. She will see mine and say Mom OMG did you get me one! Well I'm reviewing because I have 9 dogs and they are Rottweilers and my home is very clean but to keep it clean I have to consistently sweep the floors and when I do this I am always bending over to sweep it up Into the dustpan. With this new product I dont have to do that anymore. Another great reason I love this broom is because of the teeth it has to clean your bristles after you pick up all that dog hair. The bristles are like tiny hair magnets and hair sticks to them but with the teeth you just run your broom through and no more hair or anything! This product is very well made and I'm sure I will have it for a long time to come. The handle length is perfect to adjust if your shorter or tall. It is lightweight but strong enough to last. I love the way the handle connects to the standing dust pan. You will love this so trust me and buy it already.

I’ve used this dust pan/broom combo for a month. The pan has a good edge so the convenient handled broom cleans well. I do wish the broom had a longer handle, but the product seems sturdy at this length. It is a bit bulkier than I expected, but it woks as I hoped.

My boyfriend kept using my house brown for garage things so I got him this one. It's great that it folds up out of the way and can stand on its own too. It's survived almost 6 months so far with slno issue or sign of use really, also it doesn't do that annoying unscrew thing so thats good. It came with extra lip things too which will be nice in the future. Great guy and not too expensive. Works great! Also surprised easy to clean if it needs it. He's 6'1" and the height is comfortable and easy for him to use.

Overall good quality, the handles are heavier duty than some of the brooms I've purchased elsewhere.An interesting observation is that many of the negative reviews say that the handle does not fit on the broom. I discovered a similar issue, the red plastic insert fit the dustpan well enough, but I could not get the other one to screw into the broom head. When I reversed them, both handles inserted properly and work perfectly. Evidently, there is a minor dimensional difference between the two and the one for the dustpan will not fit easily into the broom head, and the other seems to fit either one. So, if you are having problems assembling these items, try reversing them before you give up.The only negative I have with this set is that the broom head itself seems a bit low-density, I am more used to a denser bristle pattern, however it still does its job.Recommend.

Bought this as a replacement for a weak broom we had. This one is much stronger and works great. The handle is sturdy and the dust pan sits well on the floor making it easy to sweep the dirt away.

This is a great quality broom and Dust pan. They are very sturdy and just feel like they are well built. The built in teeth make cleaning the brim very easy. My only complaint is that my box came with one of the stainless feel handle pieces bent at one end so now I have a little midget dustpan and the full size broom. It makes it very inconvenient for me having to bend over to acccomadage for the short dustpan. I wish I knew how to contact the supplier and ask for just a replacement peice for the distant handle

This broom is very well made and sturdy. The only thing I did to make it fit for my taste was not use one of the pieces extending the broom itself to the full 51" as I found it too cumbersome and long for me and it kept trying to hit me in the face. Perhaps for someone taller than 5' 5", the extra extension works great but not me. It's well built and heavier than other brooms sold elsewhere like the dollar store or Walmart for example. I really like that the broom locks into place when placed on the handle. My other one kept falling over. The dustpan is wide and deep so holds quite a bit. It's intended strictly for indoor use only in my house but absolutely can be used for outdoor, too. Overall, a well made and hopefully, long lasting broom. Happy with the purchase.

I bought for the dust pan, I have a good broom. The broom I took a section out of and my kiddo sweeps with me now. The broom would be good enough but I like a solid handle (I could switch handles if I wanted it’s just regular thread in)
