The press was dented on multiple spots and didn’t heat up when I tried to use it. Horrible purchase. Beware buyers….

Product says it’s for commercial use but stopped turning on less than a month later. Tried to troubleshoot it but no use. Customer service was great thank goodness.

Bought the product late September and it died this morning (6 weeks later), apparently missing the return window by 10 hours?
