This unit is vey versatile and convenient for so many different meals. I love that it has the sandwich plate that separates the pieces, then with the regular waffle part and, almost flat, griddle plate. It makes for such a great amount of choices. The striped one is good for grease run off, if you put in a flat burger patty or small thin boneless chicken filet to grill. Haven't tried a thin fish filet yet but probably just as easy. I wish it had an area to hold its own plates though. A pain to have to store the others when not in use. Otherwise, love the handle and cord wind area. Makes it very convenient to transport from one area to another.

Compact and well made, plus it's versatile with the three different plates. The plates are easy to clean with a little hot water and detergent and a Soft sponge. It does have a hot spot that gets the waffles done more than some other areas, so one star was deducted. It's easy to use; experiment and get an old school clock-type egg timer...hint.

This makes making waffles and grilled cheese a breeze and those are two things I am making constantly. This is a super simple kitchen gadget to use, literally no learning curve. It’s the easiest thing to clean in my whole kitchen, literally wipe it down when cool. It is compact enough I can easily set it in a cupboard and it takes up no space at all. I had no idea I’d use this as much as I do, I love it and highly recommend. Would make an excellent gift as well!

I love this thing, my main use so far has been for making sandwiches and this thing is the key to a perfect grilled cheese. I've also made waffles and they turned out awesome as well. It's a little weird because there's no switch or temperature control, you just plug it in and it's going. I thought I wouldn't like that, but it simplifies the process. Plug in the grill while you get your ingredients and it will be heated and ready when it's time to use it. The plates are easy to swap out, they clip in and you can unclip them with little buttons and they pop right out. The non-stick surface is excellent so they're very easy to clean as well. It's small and lightweight so portability is a plus, and it's great for a small space where a cook top isn't practical, and it's faster than waiting for a pan to heat up. It may be an excellent appliance for a dorm room as well, depending on the rules and regulations of the dorm. I know I wish I would've had one of these in college. A small fridge/freezer, a decent air fryer and this grill and you're set up for access to a plethora of great meal options without the need for a full kitchen.

I made a sandwich with roast beef, a slide of cheddar cheese, and bread. The cheese leaked out of the press and all over the counter. Clean up wasn't so bad, but storage of the trays is a bit cumbersome. They are definitely nonstick. So, biggest issue is it's messy while cooking. There's nothing to catch the runoff.
