Faucet and Deck Plate
Faucet comes with a deck plate.
Plate length is 6.3 inch. It is suitable for single hole basin. If your are using an 8 inch 3 hole basin. You have to prepare another longer plate in advance.
Mounting Hole
It's a single hole basin faucet.
The faucet stem length is 70mm. The suitable deck thickness is 25-45mm.
Stem diameter is 20mm. Suitble deck hole diameter is 20mm-30mm.

How to Install Gangang Faucet
Gangang Faucet Installation Steps
Before Installation, you may need these tools: electrodrill,screwdriver,hammer,spanner,pencil.
Install the faucet according to the following steps:
- Step 1: Mounting the faucet on the deck and fasten the nuts on under the deck.
- Step 2: Put 4 AA alkaline battery in the battery case (batteries are not included in the package).
- Step 3: Fixing the control box on the wall.
- Step 4: Connect water mixing vale to the control box (mixer valve outlet to control box inlet).
- Step 5: Connect the water hoses (cold water hose marked blue, hot water hose marked red, mixing water hose without color).
- Step 6: Connect the sensor signal wire

Seems to work, at least in the first week.We had a 3 hole office bathroom sink where customers were not good about turning the water off. Even worse, it was hot water, running all weekend. This device has solved that problem. Hopefully it holds up.The provided cover plate fills the outside and center holes, but one large outside hole is left exposed in a 3 hole bathroom sink. The genius solution for the extra hole, offered by a big box helper bee, was to fill the empty hole with an inexpensive sink soap dispenser. Amazon has several styles for less than $10. Problem solved with a simple click for a sink soap dispenser.

I was skeptical about the ease of installation. Only because MY skills are quite remedial. But… this product was truly and easy install! All pieces were received in the box as advertised. All pieces fit together just as they should and the straightforward instructions really were clear and easy to follow. Even if you are a complete beginner, fixer upper wanna be- THIS is do-able!!! Hooray!!ðŸ‘ðŸ‘And… It really works as advertised. Total win ESPECIALLY considering how much less it is compared to competitors. It’s also a heavy metal fixture. No flimsy aluminum fixture here, it’s heavy and solid. You need zero pieces from your old fixture. It comes with everything.

After installing it in April, it is now August it has a leak in the valve very disappointed. We where planning on buying another for the guest bathroom but not any more. Will start looking at other sources.

Bought this faucet almost 2 years ago but never installed it. Thought I had to hire a plumber but then finally decided to do it myself. Set up was easy and I’m very happy that all parts were included.Problem-(after installation) Once I turned the water back on- it continues to run. It will not turn off. The only way to stop the water is by turning it off underneath the cabinet on the main shut off.I have tried to contact the manufacturer however cannot find a customer service phone number or website anywhere.The pathetic instruction booklet gave no contact information either.Had the installation go as planned ie. I had a working faucet —I would’ve rated this very high. It’s a beautiful piece of hardware and I bought it for the purpose of having an auto/hands-free temperature controlled faucet for my daycare kids.

The faucet is beautiful and good quality, however the pipes make a huge noise in the house when it stops! They can hear it downstairs. My hot water takes forever to come upstairs and mix them and there is no way to select just hot water. Maybe those two pieces of information tell me that none of the sensor motion would fit my house, but I have never tested any other faucets.

Installed it myself in under an hr. A wrench and screwdriver is all you need to install and 4 AA batteries to get it working. Having a motion sensor facut does save alot of water since normally i left the water running when washing face or brushing teeth. The chrome color looks nice as well.
