The amount of water this holds is not enough to fill the inner pot with a lot of product. Also… I had trouble pouring my product out of the pot and kept forgetting which side the water spout was on and burned myself. Will definitely be returning this. Don’t waste your money. Get a traditional double boiler with a separate water and melting pot.

Great product! One piece and easy to use and wash. Good quality product. Being left-handed I always tend to run the risk of burning myself when it comes to saucepans, always having to pour the wrong way around. This works beautifully don't have to first pour out the water when chocolate reaches correct temperature. Can pour directly out of top boiler, using spatula, while steam is on the other side of the pot. The top boiler is seamed to bottom boiler, therefore no steam burns or over heating. Just love it!

Elle est bien pour des petites quantités, toutefois, lorsqu'on veut transvaser le chocolat fondu dans un autre récipient, il faut le faire avec la main gauche sinon l'eau (mis dans la casserole) coule avec. Pas facile pour un droitier

Buona, pesante, ma bisogna stare attenti quando si versa la crema, perché essendoci nel sottofondo l’acqua, si rischia di farla fuoriuscire e scottarsi. Comunque ottimo acquisto.
