It took a bit of a learning curve to learn how to use this which is the only reason why I’m not giving it a five star but honestly, it might not be fair because it might’ve just been user error. After learning and setting it up appropriately and making sure that everything was facing the right way, it really worked rather seem to sleep through my vegetables and potatoes. My favorite part was making potato chips for sure with sweet potatoes. It’s kind of a pain to clean, but is there anything that makes your life easier? Great product over.

This 5 in1 electric slicer is a new favorite tool in my kitchen. What a timesaver. This has made preparing grated cheese and cut sliced potatoes so much easier. Every time I used to grate cheese when I got to the end it was impossible to grate keeping my fingers safe. Now every piece of cheese if perfectly grated, and my potatoes are sliced perfectly and the same size, how great is that. The slicer is very well made and has 5 interchangeable graters with different blades that are easily removeable to switch from shredding cheese to vegetables. The 5 grater cones are stackable and have a nice holder in the same color as the slicer to store them in. Before you slice or shred your food, you do need to cut up big items or bigger vegetables like potatoes to fit in the chute. Once you have your food in the chute, just press the big button on top of the slicer and push the food through with the push bar that fits perfectly in the chute. The Electric Slicer machine does not take up much room on my counter or in storage and the cones are easily rinsed off and cleaned. Highly recommend.

I got this to replace a 'Salad Shooter' that no longer worked. Capabilities to that are pretty similar and so far I'm finding it works just fine with the kind of veggies I often grate. See photo for example of carrots and radishes. I'll use it for cheese and cucumbers and leeks too.The graters are not particularly large. Nor is the chute used to feed the grater. But it all works ok. You'll need to cut up bigger taters and other veggies in order to feed them into this.I particularly like the little plastic holder of 4 of the graters. Just a nice addition.The main body of the device with the motor is fairly lightweight. I might even say surprisingly lightweight. It suggests the motor is pretty small. For the kinds of things I grate I'm not expecting it to be a big deal but I do wonder about longevity.The motor starts slow and seems to increase in speed as I hold the button down. As far as I can tell there is no other control or setting except the main big button on top.The shape of the graters make them hold some water (in the narrower end) if/when you wash them in the dishwasher.

We are using this to finely grate Pecorino Romano for use in a cheese shaker. This does a quick and outstanding job, much better than our previous shredder. The motor is strong and while it slowly increases speed during use for reasons unclear, it matters not. The shredder works well and is easy to use.This comes with 5 attachments which provide a full range of grating/shredding/slicing options.

A bit loud, but very functional, and something that is needed in every kitchen. I love the different types of slices. The fact that I can do this in a fraction of the time that it would take for me to do it by hand it's just a time saver that is definitely efficient for me as a person who's always on the go who needs to get done as quickly as possible. This is just perfect. So far, I've used that 3 times this week. And each time I get excited to do it again, just because it's so simple to use. I highly recommend that.
