Great wooden book stand. Well-made of solid wood. Comes in three pieces that you just slip together, which means it then disassembles to store flat. I bought this as a stand for large tablets (9-11" diagonal screens) that I keep in their cases. I have not found any of dedicated "tablet stands" that will hold tablets in flip-top cases, as the depth of the footing channels are not wide enough. So I decided to look in "cookbook stands" and found this little gem. I ordered two. Then ordered two more. They work great. -- One observation: I would much prefer that these stands link tightly using a simple drilled hold on each left/right side. Then slip a bolt through and secure it with a nut. That would eliminate any wobbling. I may drill the holes myself and do that. Or I might just use wood glue on one stand to make it rock solid. So other than a little wobble, these are perfect.

The first one I received did not fit together properly AT ALL, but the replacement is smooth as silk!If you get a wonky one, try returning it for a replacement!

I have to move mine a lot, from one side of my desk to another and it does get frustrating that it keeps coming apart.But I do like that I can break it down and it doesn’t take up too much space in my bag.(I use it as my tablet stand).I’m tempted to add a couple of Velcro dots so I can move it around easily… but as is …. It’s a good quality, stable product … it just can be a pain to move about.

I bought a cookbook for my kitchen, when I moved out and I wanted something heap but good looking that would be cute in the corner.In all honesty, I haven’t cooked anything yet but I love the look of this stand. It’s the perfect size, holds the book well and looks great.

For the price paid, I’m keeping it. But I hate that the tops of the wood aren’t stained when it is in the picture. I posted picture for reference. It’s not terribly sturdy but will make due cause the price is right.
