Sure not as easy as it looks, ends don’t screw on well enough. I’m a darn good baker, this was a struggle.

I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing. Returned after after one attempt to use as it was not easy to use at all.

This took some effort, had to keep the covers from detaching while trying to use it, maybe the covers should also be stainless steel.

I bought this in May to use to make Christmas cookies. Yesterday I started to make cookies and put the dough in the cylinder. I had a very hard time getting the plunger out of the cylinder and an even harder time getting it back in. When I finally got the plunger in and screwed on I started ratcheting and the top came right off like it wasn't even screwed on when I know it was screwed down correctly. I tried a few times to get this cookie press to work, but it did the same thing every time. Needless to say this ruined the cookie making. I know I bought this in May, but you should send me a label and let me return it for a credit.
