You should replace the coping strips on your above ground swimming pool every time you replace your overlap pool liner. Throw out those old, worn out coping strips and replace them with new ones to protect your pool and prolong the life of your new pool liner. I bought these to replace the metal ones (who though that was a good idea, idk) that came with my pool. They are super easy to snap on and they hold really well. I haven't had any issues with them breaking. Also, mine aren't black like the photo, they're white. They're covered up anyway, so it doesn't matter what color they are tbh, I just figured I would mention it.
