So first off it cuts pvc and wood fine but metal it barely cuts through it wasn’t even able to cut through a metal pipe other then that it’s decent for other stuff

Finally got the first chance to try this out on something. I needed to cut some pvc pipe in a hurry so I grabbed this and the first blade I came to which was a car demolition blade. Maybe not the best for pvc but I was in a hurry. I secured the pvc in a pipe clamp so there'd be no vibration or control issues and this saw cut through it like melted butter. No stalling or loading down. Granted it's just pvc but this is just the type of jobs I plan to use this for. If I'm doing true demolition work, I'll go to the wired saw.The case for this is great but the latches are all plastic and are very loose and flop around. The latches pivot on some flimsy tabs that who knows how long they'll last. The case does not allow the saw to be stored with a battery attached but there's a depression that'll hold a pretty thick battery while allowing the case to close just fine. I just tried one of the smallest ones and it fit with plenty of room to spare.Comes with an assortment of starter blades that also fit quite comfortably in the case, even long ones. Runs on Dewalt batteries which is the big selling point for me as I have plenty of those. When I click on the link now, it takes me to a Makita version instead of Dewalt so I don't know what is up with that.I think that at this price point, this thing is a steal and I would definitely recommend it.
