These exercise disc's work great! They slide easily across hardwood floors without scratching them. They are a good size for hands or feet. Really good and fun workouts that you can do anywhere!

Being a bit older, I don’t want to go to the gym. These allow me to do various exercises in the comfort of my home, and I can tell you that pike ups (feet and hands on the discs, extending and coming back to pike) are a challenging workout, but much better than sit-ups! These slide well and with the foam cushion, my hands and feet are stable on them. This is easy on the joints, and offer many exercise options - a simple internet search for “core disc workouts” will bring up lots of videos. My only regret is not getting them sooner!
