These work great. They slide well on both carpet and hardwood. They're otherwise sturdy and I guess comfortable to use. Not much more to say. If you need workout sliders, these will fit the bill.

I love the Mr. Pen- Core Sliders for Working Out, 2 Pack, Dual Sided, Workout Sliders Disc, Exercise Sliders Fitness Discs, Strength Slides, Fitness Sliders, Floor Sliders for Workout. They slide right under or in between anything for storage. You can use these things sitting on your bum or standing or for push ups. It is such a multi-use little workout buddy. I've never tried fitness sliders before, but they are a dream. My legs were actually sore this morning and I just used it while sitting on the floor. I am very impressed.

I use these sliders on strictly carpet and they perform well on low pile carpet and longer pile carpet. I was expecting the EVA side of the sliders to be more of a grippy type of material to prevent slipping, but the EVA does actually do a good job at preventing hands and feet (with bare feet/socks/shoes) from slipping off when using the sliders.The ABS plastic seems quite durable and should provide some good workouts for many years to come.

I'm a novice at exercise and saw some workouts using these slides so I ordered this pair. They remind me of furniture slides that enable you to move heavy pieces around the room. They work well for performing the slider workouts. The only criticism is that I wish they were a bit larger or oblong shaped. They work perfectly for the hands but I think if they were longer or larger, they'd be better on the feet. Overall, happy with these

Pretty simple product but does the job well. Padding is sufficient and the plastic back is thick and sturdy. Doesn't slide well on my gym mat so have to take them to the carpet or solid floor.

I ordered these to use on a hardwood floor, but unfortunately they do not slide well on that surface, plus the plastic top is too slippery for security. They do not slide on regular residential carpet with the foam pad underneath at all. They do slide on low pile carpet, I tried them on my office mat, they finally worked. However, the cloth layer on the foam part is not grippy, so you have to wear grip socks if you want to be able to use them.It's a nice price point, but if you don't have the correct kind of carpet (more commercial than residential) you're sol. And forget hardwood floors, they didn't shift at all for me. I cannot recommend this product.
