For $10 this was a good buy. Two sets of good sliders. It is not a flexible slider, but a hard plastic with cloth-like topper on the other side. Did not see too many scratches on the smooth surface.

These are not even worth buying to occasionally use at home. I've tried them on various carpet textures and rubber style flooring and they do not provide adequate slide to be efficient in the exercise. I workout religiously, so this isn't a user error review. They are also too small for mens hands. I have average hands and my fingertips hang over the edge. Find some discs with the edges slightly curved up and a thicker padding and buy those.
