They perfected this item. My mother took scissors quite seriously as a valuable item and these were the goldmine. I use these for snipping tire plugs because they just go right through smoothly. The handle is comfortable, they glide through while using, they snip effortlessly through real heavy duty stuff including metal sheet and car tire rubber (done both of those). If I could give this item a 6th Star, this would earn it.

This tool keeps its edge surprisingly well, has an ergonomic handle, and the finish on the individual pieces of the tool is phenomenal. I only returned this tool because it wasn't able to perform a very specific job with ease regularly (though, it was able to do the job, just not with any ease), and I had no use for it otherwise. It is still American made, even though the brand is basically owned by private equity at the time of this review.

I've had a Wiss M1 left cut (red handle) cutter for years & it's served me well. There have been times I needed a right cut, but made do with what I had. Finally I decided to get the correct tool to make the task easier.Unfortunately, my first search for right cut snips didn't go well, as I opted for a Wiss M3, left, center & right cut (yellow handle) snips. What I thought was a better choice than an M2 right cut (green handle), turned out to be a mistake, as the M3 (yellow handle) is pretty much the same as the M1 left cut (red handle)! :(My search for the CORRECT right cut snips found these! :)The pros:+ Good product reviews.+ Not too expensive & the shipping is included.+ Well made tool, as good as my Wiss M1, which I've had for years.The cons:- None so far.â–º Update - November 2, 2013This is a nice tool, but having had it for awhile, I find I don't use it that often. I can see why most go with the left cut, either red or yellow handle snips, as that's the one you'll use the most. :)

This snip works fine and very easy to cut through sheet metal. I love it and the price is reasonable. Just at the time I had to use it right away but need to waited a couple days for it mail to me. Later I found in HomeDepot the price tag is about the same or cheaper(full set), of course plus tax.If you need to use this sooner. You can go to Lowes or HomeDepot to get it, it saves your waiting time.

I bought these to replace a pair my son lent me that I left out in the rain and ruined.:( These are really good quality and made in USA. Very nice

CD-Profile oder andere Bleche lassen sich damit ohne Probleme schneiden, und durch die Hebelübersetzung geht das richtig leicht.Gerade im Trockenbau ist sie ein echtes Must-have, perfekt für Leichtbauwände und Decken. Sie schneidet sauber, liegt gut in der Hand und macht genau das, was sie soll.Fazit: Eine zuverlässige, scharfe Blechschere mit der es richtig Spaß macht zu arbeiten. Klare Kauf Empfehlung!
