I have had some issues while using these... I can't seem to get bits to align; I don't think that's entirely the fault of the bit, however, and could just as well be the result of a wonky table-router...The bits are less sharp than is ideal, and I have had to gently hone the edges before making the first cuts.They fit the collet just fine, and do not seem to be bent (that I can tell.)Only thing I can truly fault the tool for is sharpness. Otherwise, not too bad, but not my first choice.

Being a 1/4" router bit, these are good for use in a hand held router to make quick joints. The blade is made of tungsten carbide which is most important for sharpness and longevity. They say there's a protective coating on this, but don't really explain what it is or what the benefit is except for very general statements. It makes good cuts, but I had to go a little slower than normal to prevent tear out. What I didn't like is the packaging. Normally I receive router bits in plastic slide together cases of some sort, but this comes in a lightweight plastic molded tray inside a thin cardboard box. The first thing that I need to do is fine another way to store these. Overall though, they're not bad for a set of three different sizes.

If you glue up boxes or columns and are sick of the wood sliding during glue-ups, this 45-degree router bit set will lock up the wood and keep it from sliding. It also adds additional glue surface so your join will be much stronger.This set allows you to route different thickness boards. They are sharp and appear in good order. The first 10 board feet were no match for my adjustable speed 3.25 hp porter cable, and table-mounted router. If you are a production shop, there may be higher-quality options. If you are a hobbyist, these offer great value and are even cheaper than similar ones in their category.
