This is too big for kids pancakes. I would of preferred it to be smaller size.

This is really cute in theory. I didn't know i would have to bake it in the oven. The pan itself is very sturdy. However, the screw for the handle wouldn't tighten all the way. That makes it very unstable if you pick it up by the handle.The directions called for 3 cups of pancake batter. The pancake was huge. I followed the direction. However, the image of the unicorn was very hard to see. And the coloring just look smeared.I will give it one more go. Before I give up on it.Because in all honesty, I was trying to do all this before my morning coffee. Lol

Maybe I didn't think this through. I started cooking the pancake - seemed to cook okay. But then - time to flip it, right? But that's impossible with this device. I ended up putting it in the toaster oven - so not that convenient and the pancake was basically over cooked. Also there was nothing on the markers about being safe or edible for kids.

My girls love having fun pancakes. Have to cook on low so the pattern comes theough and not burn the pancake but its worth it
