Bought this to replace one I had which was a little flimsy. I've loved it since the first time I used it. I primarily use it to make this awesome Quiche recipe that I have, which makes a pretty high quiche. I couldn't use a regular quiche pan because it would overflow. This pan is deep enough and having the sides release makes it a good choice for making this recipe. I'm sure I'll use it for other things but even if I only use it for this one it was definitely well worth it. It is not a flimsy pan. It has some weight and thickness to it that makes it a substantial pan. I now own two of these, to have one in our trailer where we camp so I don't have to take one back and forth.

This pan is nothing like the ones I had before. They would get bent and would leak when filled. The Cusinart pans are sturdy, strong and worked very well for my New York Cheesecakes ! I love these! The color is amazing too! I immediately ordered 2 more after trying it for the first time. Great purchase!!

I love making homemade cheesecakes so a great springform pan was a must! This one is high quality and so far I have no complaints! It is heavy and is a good quality pan. Happy baking!

This is a nice functional pan, however I've used it one time and the color is chipping off the bottom. It was hand washed, and I used it before it ever went in a cabinet, so there was nothing for the pan to rub against or sit on to damage the color. The pan works, so I'll keep it, but I'm afraid of what it will look like after several uses.

Needed to make a gluten free dessert for a dinner with my best friend and decided on a chocolate torte that called for a springform pan. Quick search and this cuisine art was a decent deal and I liked the copper look of it as well.Torte was a huge hit and I didn't have any spills with the pan,.came off easily and also cleaned up super easy!Happy with this purchase and I hope it lasts a long time .

This pan can damaged, far from being a perfect circle. I just don't have the time to get a replacement otherwise this isn't worth the money at all

Good and resistant, the ring fell down the first time and its shape didn't get affected.
