The only issues I had was when mounting the box to my Tahoe and the fact that you can't change the brake output when depressing the brakes. The double-sided tape that comes with the controller isn't the greatest and fell off. I reccomend using a permanent mount with screws. You must release the brakes in order to change the brake gain output.Instructions were easy to follow for the install and the settings are easy to understand. I've had no major issues that would cause me to go with a different brand.

Bought this because it was cost effective and offered a compatible plug and play harness with my Tahoe. It operated the brakes fine. The two things I don’t like is the display is rather dim, and you cannot make adjustments to the braking settings while you have your foot on the brake or operate the manual slider.

We received the item, and it had already been used and then put back in the package and taped shut. The wires were cut with the plug removed. The button also didn't work. It was not plug and play like it was advertised.
