The strings are great. Can handle my husband's hard, driving playing. Can take a lot of abuse. 😂

Way more sound than the .010-.038'sWatch the .011's. Tune them up slowly. They like to break.

I've been using these strings for several years now and am very satisfied with the consistency and sound I get out of them. I like the heavier strings for both performance and volume. Playing in a Bluegrass band requires the mandolin to really sing over the other instruments at solo time. I'd recommend these based on my experience.

They are good strings and they made my mandolin sound deeper and that was what I was going for.

Basic pair of strings I guess. I am new to the mandolin so I bought these as the old thought of replacing strings when you buy them so you have decent strings on it and after using these the strings stay in tune well enough for new strings where you do have to retune every so often until they stretch out enough.

Comfortable bright gauge set with four double-string packets. The strings are well-packaged and organized. You will not be disappointed. Would like to see Amazon offer discount for repeated scheduled purchase.

I bought these because i have a cheap mandolin and its very quiet, and i tend to bash on the strings like im in a death metal band when im strumming (i mainly pick), well these solved all of those, they take a bit more effort to play and the tension is higher, but these are comfortable, loud, and sound great even if you play the mando a lil too aggressively lol. however i found the G string hard to fret past the 8-9 fret, but i never really pick fast that low on the G so i always have a bit of time to get a nice solid note. and the chop is pretty dope, i dig it but i play rock and folk rock.

I had decided when I bought my new mandolin to get better strings than had been supplied. On advice I went for D'Addario J75's. I was not disappointed. They tuned up beautifully with little or no stretch.Tone and volume were likewise improved over my previous standard gauge strings, and best of all there was a spare E string in the pack. Trebling is a bit easier but Tremolo seems much the same. I expect I'll have to use Flatwound strings to see any technological improvements in my playing. I did notice a little more clarity in the notes with the J75's. The fact that Ronnie McCoury uses them can't be bad either.

自分はあまり気にしないけどちょっと錆がでてました。フラットマンドリン弦としては流通少な目? 楽器屋ではあまり見かけないヘビーゲージですが、一番簡単に音が良くなる(大きくなる)んじゃないでしょうか。
