We designed our monks cloth for tufting to be the tool you need to unleash your imagination.
STURDY
The last thing you want is your tufting fabric tearing apart. Our premium tufting cloth is made from a combination of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. This combination adds flexibility to your cloth allowing it to withstand your tufting gun pressure.
STRETCHABLE
Did you make a tufting mistake and wonder how to fix it? With our stretchable primary tufting cloth, fixing a mistake is as easy as plucking the yarn out and moving the stretched cloth back in place.
SEWED EDGES
One of the challenges in your carpet making process is preventing your monk cloth from fraying while stretching it on your tufting frame. To overcome this challenge, we sewed your tufting cloth edges. Grab your monks cloth from its edges and stretch it as firmly as you can to your frame.
HIGH DENSITY
Wondering why your yarn won't stay in your cloth? This happens when you use a low density cloth. For that reason, we increased our cloth density to make sure your yarn sticks. Our premium tufting cloth has a density of 26x26 stiches per inch squared.

This is my first time purchasing from them, and the quality is fantastic. No rips while I’m working, the fabric is strong and sturdy while still super soft. It feels like a higher quality than what I’ve purchased from other.Working with it has been a dream. With other fabrics I had an issue of it pulling my machine all over the place and having overlaps, with this fabric it’s like butter. And I don’t feel like I’m fighting the fabric. It’s made me feel so much better about the quality of my rugs. I’m super happy with the price and quality. I will absolutely purchase more soon.
