I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.. the 2.5 inch one broke with the first 5 mins..an the other ones are to small

I bought the kit to expand (2) 3" exhaust pipes. The largest expander fit and I started expanding.3 of the fingers snapped during the expansion of the first tube before I got them stretched 0.125" of the tube. Snapped and started stretching in an hourglass shape. The fingers are made from an unknown brittle material that snapped like it were graphite. Junk. Chinese junk, you get what you pay for I suppose.I took my two pipes to the local muffler shop and they expanded my pipes for free.

There is a lot of negative reviews for this. Simply put, it's at a price point for a novice. For a full blown fabrication or exhaust shop? This wouldn't last long. 5 mins out of the box, I used it on 408 stainless steel. Lubed the outer edges with spray silicone. Had absolutely no problems. For the bigger pipes the end is 19mm. Even tourq and no binding.Also comes with replacement O-Rings. Will I ever use them? Who knows. I wasn't going to spend $398 on the tool truck for something I'll use at home maybe 5 times.

The metal is very week. I tried expanding the pipes I purchased on Amazon, and these broke within 10 minutes. I feel it was a waste of money and time. The company refunded my money without any issues. Thanks you.

Complete garbage, junk waste of money don’t waste your time Just causes more headaches and aggravation. Can’t even expand a rusty, exhaust pipe on an 82 DodgeBroke in 3.5 seconds

I was attempting to stretch my header pipes by approx 1mm in diameter to allow a tighter seal with my Vance and Hines muffler. Although it has worked, after use I found the tapered nut to have cracked. Clearly this is not good quality.
